Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was gorgeous and marvellous. The staff was attentive and very friendly, everything was nice. The room was trendy and new-fashioned, and the beds were comfy. The service was all in all great. The location was wonderful - just off north pier and short distance from train station & sea front, the Grand Theatre and a good pub the Duke of York. Found time to see Water of Leith Walkway, that's not too far from the property.

Truly enjoyed our 2 days in this hotel, no complains at all. Fabulous and clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is spotless. The location is cute and they have parking nearby. Also it is just off the North Pier as well as the sea front for the tram. Make sure you stay in the premier double room with bathrobes and tea plus lovely finishing touches Chocolates. The staff are wonderful and fantastic as well as the host.
